Papermac AB is responible for customer services. The agreement with Millmac AB was closed 080330. Supply of runtime libraries to unlicenced companies is restricted to Papermac AB, the owner of FlowMac and PaperMac.

Support is mainly given by phone or in a Flowmeeting - www.PaperMac.se/FlowMeeting.

The alternative is to mail models to Papermac AB for comments and corrections. The models are treated in confidence.

Bugs, really few during the last year, are given a high priority.

The target with support is that the FlowMac models designed by the customer shall fulfill his needs.

 Training in basic use of FlowMac by use of flowmeeting is free. The customer has to prepare training by opening of the tutorial model Modelling support. There are also instruction movies available on www.FlowMac.com

 Upgrades FlowMac is continously upgraded. Download from www.papermac.se by use of a private code.

Cost for the suscription of support and ugrade is EUR500/year/site. Users with many sites can get a special contract to max.cost EUR2500/year.

Contracts can be opened or  closed by a mail or phonecall.For an invoice give your company and bank data in an order.
