Papermac AB has since 1987 been engaged in advanced computer modelling of product quality and their processes for the pulp and paper industry. Tools as PaperMac and FlowMac has been developed andis now used in design engineering by companies as PaperCon AB, Sweco AB,Pöyry AB in both Norway and Sweden,ÅF-IPK, UMV,Voith, KPA and Metso.

Flowmac is also used in Scandinavia by STORA Corporate Research,Norske Skog , PFI, Peterson Moss, MoDo, Braviken and Husum. There are also users in USA, Australia, Chile, South Africa and Great Britain.

Among customers are ABB Industrial Systems, Kemira, Eka Chemicals and the university in Karlstad. Simulators and distance training are are some new technical fields to be developed by use of FlowMac.

Use of FlowMac makes the communication between suppliers, customers and engineering companies much easier. Use of internet for transfer of process flowsheets is a huge success.

Papermac AB can deliver the following tools and support:

- Tailored process moduls according to the given description .(An example of a process module).

- Distribution of moduls to users of FlowMac (if prefered).

- Demo Models PC (Windows 98, 2000, XP and Vista) or Macintosh.
