FlowMac is a very experiences tool for process Design. Most papermachine rebuilds in Scandinavia made during the last years have been based on FlowMac models. No other simulation software is stronger in the early stage of a project due to easy to use and, extremely important, its promotion of communication between people involved in a project. The project team can easily play with the process until it fits their needs and optimal investment capital. The process model can be modified at the meeting table or in a web conference and be run by designers, production people and even management. Models can be transfered between different people involved in the project by use of tools as intranet and internet.

Besides design of papermachines FlowMac is an experienced tool in design of RP, TMP and effluent treatment plants. Modelling of Chemical pulp Mills is now done in a concept, named KraftMac.
