FlowMac has so far been used for modelling of GWP, CTMP,TMP,deinking plants and papermachines for production of sack kraft, finepaper, coated papers, Tissue, SC newsprint, paperboard and linerboard. Software and models have among others been supplied to STORAENSO Coorporate Research, Norske Skog Industriteknikk, MoDo Husum Paper Mill in Sweden , Håfrestrõms AB, Sweden, SCA/Sappi West Newsprint mill in Aylesford, England, Amcor Research (Australian Paper Manufacturers) and Shotton Newsprint in England .

• Norske Skog, Nordenfjellske, Skogn, Norway runs models for fiber,water, effluent treatment COD and heat balance of the complete mill including wood plant, 2 TMP lines, 3 paper machines and a  DIP-plant.                                                                       Other users within Norske Skog are Follum, Saugbugs, Bruck (Austria), and Golbay (France).Papermac systems for modelling of paper properties are used online in 2 mills.                                                                                                                                                              
• Aylesford Newprint,SCA/Sappi,, England, runs FlowMac models for 2 paper machines and the large fiber preparation plant. Troubleshooting and process understanding are the important applications. The water balance of the complete mill is simulated.
• Ortviken,, Sundsvall, Sweden, is planning to model different processes units in its large mill for newsprint.
• Peterson Moss in Norway is a producer of sulphate pulp and kraftliner. FlowMac is among others used for modelling of a rebuild of a linerboard machine. It is also used in a study of the water balance to close the system.
• NorskeSkog Golbey, a newsprint mill in France producing Newsprint based on TMP and Deinked pulp will use FlowMac models for the complete mill to understand the process,close the white water system and improve their environmental situation. The temperature balance is important for the efficiency of removal of stickies.
• AssiDomän, Frövi in Frövifors, Sweden, is a large producer of Paperboard. FlowMac is used for modelling of a modification of the stock preparation plant and analysis of all pumps used in the paperboard machine. It is also used in a study of the steam and condensate system and drying on the paperboard machine.
• Holmen Paper in Braviken and Hallstavik, Sweden, is a large producer of newsprint and magazine papers. FlowMac is used for modelling of a modification of a Dip plant and rebuild of PM12. It is also used in a study of the screening system for TMP.
• M-Real Husum, producing fine paper in the north of Sweden, is modelling one paper machine for a study of the mass balance.
• Crane AB, Situated within historic Tumba Bruk, Crane AB draws on 250 years of experience and expertise in the science and art of banknote manufacturing and printing.
• Sappi Fine Paper North America, Cloquet mill. Producer of coated papers and one of the most experienced users of FlowMac.The 260,000-tpy Cloquet mill has plans for a third paper machine that runs faster and boasts a wider width, similar to machines at other Sappi Ltd. The fiber,water and broke balance of the mill is designed in FlowMac to take decisions for buffer towers and operation strategies of the mill.
• Korsnäs AB. Producer of liquid carotn board. Using FlowMac in a rebuild of  a paperboard machine.
